CD SOCIAL WELFARE CLUB INVITATION - IMPORTANT

Sponsor at least twenty five (25), fifty (50) or more less-fortunate families to join the CD Social Welfare Club or just simply join to avail the allowable medical, educational and livelihood assistance after paying the one-time membership fee of One Hundred Pesos (Php100.00) and Six (6) months continous payment of Ten Pesos (Php10.00) joining fee per month in quarterly basis directly to the below designated bank accounts.
